The Head may, after consultation with the Parents and if appropriate the Pupil, decline to apply for access arrangements or post‐examination services if, in her professional judgement, it is considered not to be in the best interests of the Pupil or the examination cohort to do so.
The Head is entitled to exercise a wide discretion in relation to the School's policies, rules and regime and will exercise those discretions in a reasonable and lawful manner, and with procedural fairness when the status of the Pupil is at issue.
The Head may exclude the Parents from School premises if, acting in a proper manner, she considers such exclusion to be in the best interests of the Pupil or any other member of the School community.
