Examples of the commencement date in a sentence
The acceptance by any Holder of the issuance of new Purchase Warrants reflecting a required or permissive change shall not be deemed to waive any rights to an adjustment occurring after the Commencement Date or the computation thereof.
Except as otherwise provided in this Purchase Warrant, there shall be no limit on the number of times the Holder may request registration under this Section 4.2.2; provided, however, that such registration rights shall terminate on the fifth anniversary of the Commencement Date.
This Agreement shall be effective from the Commencement Date and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall be valid for the duration of the Initial Term.
