The enforceability of this Agreement is wholly contingent upon the approval of this Agreement by the Sumter County Board of County Commissioners and execution by the Chairman of that Board evidencing such approval after a properly noticed public hearing, as mandated by Chapter 125.355, Florida Statutes.
The Company hereby represents that the execution, delivery and performance by the Company of this Agreement are within the corporate powers of the Company, and that the Chairman of its Board of Directors has the requisite authority to bind the Company hereby.
