Test on Completion definition

Test on Completion means such tests as prescribed in the Contract to be performed by the Contractor before the work is Taken Over by TSECL.
Test on Completion means such tests as are prescribed by the specifications and/ or tests mutually agreed upon by the Purchaser and the Supplier, to be performed by the Supplier after Installation of the equipment to establish satisfactory operation as required by the specifications.
Test on Completion means the tests (if any) which are specified in the Contract and which are carried out in accordance with the Specification for the purpose of issuing the “Certificate of Completion of the Works”.

  • In case of a failure of Contractor in passing any one or more of the Tests on Completion, Employer may order a repetition of such test or may contract with a third party to carry out the work necessary for the WTG, SCADA system or Pro- ject to pass the Test on Completion.
