Term Sheet definition

Term Sheet means any term sheet that satisfies the requirements of Rule 434 under the Act. Any reference herein to the "date" of a Prospectus that includes a Term Sheet shall mean the date of such Term Sheet.

Examples of Term Sheet in a sentence

• Other than as provided in the Term Sheet, there are no liens or encumbrances of any nature, whatsoever, on or against the System or the revenues derived from the operation of the same.

More Definitions of Term Sheet

Term Sheet means an executed instrument between the parties hereto containing the terms of this and other agreements between the parties, and is hereby incorporated by reference.

Term Sheet means the DACS Book Publishing Licence Term Sheet signed on behalf of DACS and the Licensee setting out the principle terms of this Agreement;
