Temporary Release definition

Temporary Release means the adjustment of Committed Volume for Temporary Release Barrels during any Temporary Release Period. Within thirty (30) days after Transporter’s delivery of written notice to Shipper of Transporter’s ability to again accept delivery of the Released Barrels in whole or in part, the Temporary Release will terminate as to the quantity Transporter has specified in its written notice that it is able to receive and Shipper shall resume delivery of such Released Barrels to Transporter.
Temporary Release has the meaning given such term in Exhibit B-1.
Temporary Release means the terms and conditions under which a child is temporarily released from a commitment facility or allowed home visits. If the temporary release is from a moderate-risk residential facility, a high-risk residential facility, or a maximum-risk residential facility, the terms and conditions of the temporary release must be approved by the child, the court, and the facility. The term includes periods during which the child is supervised pursuant to a conditional release reentry program or an aftercare program or a period during which the child is supervised by a juvenile probation officer or other nonresidential staff of the department or staff employed by an entity under contract with the department. A child placed in a postcommitment supervision program by order of the court is not considered to be on temporary release and is not subject to the terms and conditions of temporary release.
