Each Party (“Providing Party”) shall provide to the other Party, in accordance with this Agreement and Applicable Law, interconnection with the Providing Party’s network for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.
The arrangements described in this Section 9 are intended to be used to provide Switched Exchange Access Service that originates and/or terminates on Telephone Exchange Service that is provided by either Party, where the transport component of the Switched Exchange Access Service is routed through a access Tandem Switch that is provided by Verizon.
