Tax Representations definition

Tax Representations. Each representation specified in the Schedule as being made by it for the purpose of this Section 3(f) is accurate and true.
Tax Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
Tax Representations means the representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.9 (Taxes) and in Section 3.10.11 (Compliance with Section 409A of the Code).

  • The Tax Representations shall survive until thirty (30) days following the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations.
