Supervisory Services definition

Supervisory Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).

Supervisory Services means services that are performed by a volunteer who is associated with a charitable organization as defined in division (A)(1)(a) or (b) of this section and that involve duties and responsibilities in connection with the supervision of one or more officers, employees, trustees, or other volunteers of that charitable organization.

Supervisory Services has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Section 4.2.

Examples of Supervisory Services in a sentence

• The Committee shall be made up of one representative from each of the following bargaining units: Representing Labor - Administrative Services; Operations, Maintenance and Support Services; Law Enforcement; Professional and Technical Services; Supervisory Services; Institutional Services; and State Police Unit and an equal number of management representatives selected by the Governor.

• If Field Service Representatives (FSR) and/or Supervisory Services are required for the Work, the cost of all such services is to be included in the price for the Work.

• Investment Supervisory Services provided to Managed Accounts and our Model Portfolio Management Services are not intended for use with respect to any collective fund, Investment Company, Private Investment Company, other Pooled Investment Vehicle or unitized accounts/vehicles without written consent of Federated Investment Counseling.

• Actual or potential conflicts of interest may arise to the extent that the Federated Advisory Companies engage EOS to provide some or all of its stewardship and engagement services in connection with Investment Supervisory Services provided by the Federated Advisory Companies.

• In connection with providing Investment Supervisory Services to our clients, certain service providers, such as providers of proxy voting services (collectively, Service Providers), have been engaged to perform services on our behalf.

• When an employee transfers (remains in the same pay grade) from any other bargaining unit to the Supervisory Services bargaining unit, his/her rate of pay will be adjusted to one step higher than the closest step in the new salary schedule that does not result in a loss of pay, considering the same pay components listed above.

• When providing Investment Supervisory Services to Managed Accounts, we typically act as a sub-adviser to the Sponsors of the Managed Account Programs.

• We also may receive performance-based fees when rendering Investment Supervisory Services and Other Advisory Services to certain accounts, such as, for example, Pooled Investment Vehicles.

Supervisory Services means services that are performed by a Volunteer who is associated with an Ohio Charitable Nonprofit Corporation and that involve duties and responsibilities in connection with the supervision of one or more officers, employees, trustees, or other Volunteers of such Corporation.
