Examples of Subsequent Period in a sentence
In sub-paragraph 12.1 "the Subsequent Period" means the period from 1 April immediately following the Charging Year in which the reference is made until 31 March 1995 (or, if there is no Periodic Review at the first 5-yearly interval, 31 March 2000) and "the Prior Period" means the period from 1 April 1991 until the end of the Charging Year in which the reference is made.
The amounts payable to Balancing Group Managers in accordance with the above rules shall be determined and distributed in the course of the Subsequent Period without undue delay upon availability of all final data required for the purpose of the distribution, i.e. once all relevant SLP and RLM data required for Balancing Group invoicing purposes in respect of the last month of the Surplus Period are available.
