Subscription Price definition

Subscription Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Subscription Price in a sentence

• The Subscription Price corresponds to the nominal value of the Bonds subscribed by the Subscriber and shall be payable in Euro in immediately available funds, to the escrow account opened for purposes of acquiring the Partial Property in accordance with the Transaction Documents as designated for this purpose in Exhibit 4.1.

• Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, we hereby accept the Offer for the following number of Bonds: [●] which corresponds to a Subscription Price of EUR [●] We thus agree to subscribe for a corresponding number of Bonds and agree to pay the corresponding Subscription Price by wire transfer to the account designated for this pur- pose in Exhibit 4.1 to the Agreement.

More Definitions of Subscription Price

Subscription Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term on the face page of this Subscription Agreement.
