Subordinated Notes definition

Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.

Subordinated Notes shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Subordinated Notes means Notes of a Subordinated Class of a Series.

Examples of Subordinated Notes in a sentence

• There is hereby authorized to be issued under the Original Indenture a separate series of Securities designated as “7.250% Subordinated Notes due May 31, 2084”.

• On any Business Day on or after the Rated Notes have been redeemed or paid in full, the Subordinated Notes (in whole or in part) will be redeemed at their Redemption Price at the written direction of a Majority of the Subordinated Notes, or at the direction of the Asset Manager, to the Issuer (with a copy to the Trustee and the Asset Manager, as applicable).

• Subordinated Notes will receive distributions of Interest Proceeds on each Payment Date in accordance with the Priority of Interest Payments, which amounts, if available to be paid on such Payment Date, will be due and payable on such Payment Date.

• Any payment of Interest Proceeds to the Subordinated Notes that is not available to be paid on a Payment Date in accordance with the Priority of Payments shall not be payable on such Payment Date or any date and shall not be considered "due and payable" for purposes of Section 5.1(a) (and the failure to pay such interest shall not be an Event of Default).

• The Issuer shall duly and punctually pay the principal of and interest on the Rated Notes and make distributions on the Subordinated Notes in accordance with the terms of the Notes and this Indenture.

More Definitions of Subordinated Notes

Subordinated Notes means the Notes (i) specified as such in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as applicable and (ii) having the status set out in Condition 4(c);

Subordinated Notes means Notes specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement as subordinated notes, which are either Dated Subordinated Notes or Undated Subordinated Notes (including the Subordinated Guaranteed Notes);

Subordinated Notes means the 9 1/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2007 issued pursuant to the Subordinated Note Indenture.

Subordinated Notes means the series of subordinated debt securities ------------------ of the Guarantor designated the ___% Subordinated Deferrable Interest Notes due [_______, 2044] held by the Property Trustee.

Subordinated Notes. The subordinated notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.

Subordinated Notes means Notes of a subordinated class of a series.

Subordinated Notes means any issuance of Notes under the Indenture by the Issuer that are part of a Class with an alphanumerical designation that contains any letter from “M” through “Z” of the alphabet.
