State Programs definition

State Programs means any programs a California state agency or department funds, implements, or administers for the purpose of providing housing or housing-based services to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, with the exception of federally funded programs with requirements inconsistent with this chapter or programs that fund emergency shelters.
State Programs means the student financial aid programs (scholarships, grants, and service cancellable loans) administered by GSFA or GSFC as follows: HOPE Scholarship, Zell Miller Scholarship, HOPE Grant, HOPE GED Grant, HERO Scholarship, Public Safety Memorial Grant, the University of North Georgia ROTC Grant, the University of North Georgia ROTC for Future Officers Grant, the University of North Georgia Military Scholarship/Loan, Georgia Military College State Service Scholarship/Loan, Charles McDaniel Teacher Scholarship, Student Access Loan, Student Access Loan – Technical, Tuition Equalization Grant, HOPE Career Grant, Zell Miller Grant, Scholarship for Engineering Education, Scholarship for Engineering Education for Minorities, Dual Enrollment and other programs for which funds may be made available.
