Special Offer definition

Special Offer means a temporary price reduction for a particular product or service, applicable to all CPs on a non-discriminatory basis, which is stated to apply for a limited and predefined period and where the price immediately on expiry of that period is not higher than the price immediately before the start of that period;
Special Offer means a special offer or promotion we may make in relation to the Service from time to time. Standard Fee Table means our standard fee table available on our website. Start Date means the earlier of the date when you first use the Service and the date on which the Service is first available for use as notified by us unless stated otherwise in the Critical Information Summary or Service Terms. we, our, us means the company named on the front page of this document. you, your means the customer whose name appears on the order.
Special Offer means any offer made by a Practice to a Member and may include deals on products or services.

Examples of Special Offer in a sentence

  • CIBC will renew a variable rate GIC into the same type of variable rate GIC, for the same term, if available, and a fixed rate GIC into the same type of fixed rate GIC (except the CIBC Special Offer GIC which will renew into a fixed rate CIBC Bonus Rate GIC issued by CIBC Trust), for the same term, if available, unless you provide CIBC with different instructions before the maturity date.

  • Any checks or similar instruments (including electronic form or otherwise) that we provide to you or issue on your behalf will be treated as cash advance transactions, unless we indicate otherwise (for example, we may indicate that certain Special Offer checks used to make balance transfers will be treated as Purchases).

  • We may increase any or all of your Annual Percentage Rates (including, but not limited to, Preferred, Introductory or Special Offer Rates but excluding fixed rates during a specified duration and fixed rates that are indefinite in duration) if one of these “Triggering Events” occurs: you fail to make a minimum payment to us when due; or you make a payment to us that is dishonored for any reason.
