Solar Equipment definition

Solar Equipment means a solar photovoltaic panel system, and accessory equipment, that the Solar Contractor will install on private property with consent from property owners.
Solar Equipment means Items including a solar photovoltaic cell, module, panel, or array, or solar hot air or water collector device panels, lines, pumps, batteries, mounting brackets, framing and possibly foundations or other structures used for or intended to be used for collection of solar energy.
Solar Equipment means the solar equipment described in "The Solar Equipment" section of the Specific Terms;

Examples of Solar Equipment in a sentence

  • Tenant at Tenant's sole expense will design, procure and install the Solar Equipment in accordance with its plans and specifications, which plans and specifications Tenant will share with Landlord.

  • Tenant will, in good faith, work to coordinate all construction and maintenance (emergency repairs excepted) of the Solar Equipment with Landlord so as to not unreasonably interfere with Landlord’s use of the Property.

  • The manner of operation of the Solar Equipment, including but not limited to decisions on when to conduct maintenance, is within the sole discretion of Tenant, subject to Landlord’s reasonable rules and regulations as it relates to access to the Rooftop.

  • Tenant acknowledges that all Solar Equipment in the Building is the sole responsibility of Tenant and that the use and operation of such Solar Equipment is at Tenant's sole risk.

  • Tenant is responsible for all costs associated with the Lease, including the costs of operating and maintaining the Solar Equipment.

  • Tenant will remove its Solar Equipment within ten (10) business days after the termination of this Lease provided Tenant repairs any damage to the Building (including the Rooftop) caused thereby, excluding ordinary wear and tear.

  • Tenant agrees to permit Landlord or its employees, agents or representatives to inspect any portion of the Solar Equipment installed in or on the Building by Tenant at all reasonable hours (and in emergencies at all times) to inspect the same, to clean or make repairs, alterations or additions to the Equipment Space or to the Building, and Tenant will not be entitled to any abatement or reduction of Lease Fees by reason thereof.

  • This Lease is limited to allowing Tenant only to install, maintain and operate the Solar Equipment on the Rooftop in the location or locations described in Appendix 1.


More Definitions of Solar Equipment

Solar Equipment means the balance of equipment in the QSP excluding the Solar Cells, forming the surrounding infrastructure that enables the Solar Cells to generate and deliver solar energy to the Consumer under the Asset Lease, including cabling, structures, components of modules excluding photovoltaic cells, mounting, inverters, optimizers, communication equipment, and meters.
Solar Equipment will mean Tenant's solar generation facility and related equipment including wiring, cabling and other accessories used therewith for installation, operation and maintenance on the Rooftop [and in the Equipment Space] and described on Appendix 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Solar Equipment means solar power generating panels and any additional equipment necessary to generate and transmit solar power for the Projects, including, without limitation, solar panels, solar canopy structures, electrical power inverters, interconnection equipment, electrical wiring, underground conduit, collection lines, wire management systems, charging stations, electric meters, metering and switch cabinets, power distribution boxes, and racking systems.
Solar Equipment means equipment installed on the Mortgaged Property capable of producing electricity from photovoltaic energy.
Solar Equipment means the solar equipment described in "The Solar Equipment" section of the Specific Terms; Solar Programme means the supply of Solar Equipment and associated services by Us to Our customers; Specific Terms means the specific terms provided with these Attached Terms; Start Date means the day that the Solar Equipment is switched on and connected to the electricity distribution grid. Related to Solar Equipment

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Your Equipment means all equipment located after (downstream of) the point that electricity leaves the Meter at the premises which is used to take supply of or consume electricity except any Electricity Supply Equipment.

A facility at which a particular category of universal waste is only accumulated, is not a destination facility for purposes of managing that category of universal waste.
