Social Media Accounts definition

Social Media Accounts means any and all accounts (including login credentials), profiles, pages, feeds, handles, registrations, content (other than content owned by third parties or for which permission to use such content has not been granted) and other presences on or in connection with any: (i) social media or social networking website or online service; (ii) blog or microblog; or (iii) photo, video or other content-sharing website.
Social Media Accounts means any websites, applications and similar electronic means by which users are able to create and share information, ideas, personal messages, and other content (including, without limitation, text, photos and videos) or to participate in social networking.
Social Media Accounts means any and all accounts, profiles, pages, feeds, registrations and other presences on or in connection with any (i) social media or social networking website or online service, (ii) blog or microblog, (iii) mobile application, (iv) photo, video or other content- sharing website, (v) virtual game world or virtual social world, (vi) rating and review website, (vii) wiki or similar collaborative content website or (viii) message board, bulletin board, or similar forum.

Social Media Accounts means any social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) that are controlled or purported to be controlled or registered by or on or behalf of TWG or Purchaser, as applicable, and its Subsidiaries.
