Servicing Criteria definition

Servicing Criteria. The "servicing criteria" set forth in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB, as such may be amended from time to time.

Servicing Criteria means the “servicing criteria” set forth in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

More Definitions of Servicing Criteria

Servicing Criteria. The "servicing criteria" set forth in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB, which as of the Closing Date are listed on Exhibit P hereto.
