Services Quantity definition

Services Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
Services Quantity has the meaning set forth in the TUA.
Services Quantity means the quantities and rates of Services to be provided in accordance with this Agreement as set forth in Clause B.

Examples of Services Quantity in a sentence

  • Customer may assign (a) all or a part of the Services Quantity as a Temporary Release in accordance with Section 6.2, or (b) all or a part of the Services Quantity in accordance with Article 19.

  • Following the execution by FLNG of the Release Notice, FLNG shall be authorized to perform the specified portion of the Services Quantity for Temporary Customer, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Subject to Section 10.7, if Customer does not use any portion of the Services Quantity made available to Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, including any portion of the Services Quantity not used in connection with a Temporary Release, Customer’s right to such unused portion of the Services Quantity shall expire.

  • Customer may from time to time assign part of the Services Quantity in writing to a third party (a “Temporary Customer”) on a temporary basis for not more than the remainder of the then existing Scheduling Period (each such partial assignment referred to herein as a “Temporary Release”).

  • Customer shall be entitled to use the Services Quantity in whole or in part by itself, or may contract with one or more third parties for a Temporary Release of such Services Quantity pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6.2.

  • For the purposes of this Section 4.6, quantities of LNG attributable to a Temporary Release or to an assignment of a portion of the Services Quantity under Section 19.2 shall be deemed to be Available LNG.

  • During the Implementation Period and for the purposes of Services Quantity administration, inventory transfers at the Receipt Point will be administered as in Section 3.1(b)(iii)A.

  • Following the Implementation Period and for the purposes of Services Quantity administration, SABINE will recognize each such LNG transfer for for purposes of computing Customer’s Inventory and the inventory of the Other Customer participating in the LNG transfer, effective as of the time that the quantities of LNG unloaded at the Receipt Point (net of the quantities transferred) would have been credited to the Transferor’s account.

  • Except as provided in Section 3.1(b)(i)b above and Section 4.4(c), if Customer does not use any portion of the Services Quantity made available to Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement during the relevant period, Customer shall not accrue any right to receive any Services in excess of the Services Quantity with respect to any subsequent period.

  • During each Contract Year, FLNG shall make available to Customer, and Customer shall purchase and pay (in respect of the Payment Period) an amount equal to the Fee for, the Services Quantity.

Related to Services Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Electricity Supplier means any person authorised to supply electricity.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
