Service Systems definition

Service Systems means in the relevant context the channels, ventilation ducting, drains, sewers, rhones, gutters, water-courses, pipes (including sprinkler systems, if any) wires, cables, aerials or other conducting media, pumps, valves, meters and connections in and passing through or otherwise serving the Building or any part thereof except insofar as the same serve exclusively the Property and are located within the Property or serve exclusively any Lettable Area and are located within any Lettable Area;
Service Systems means the ticketing and monitoring modules of the "HP Openview" system, provided by HP-OMS for the provision of the Services, including without limitation, Incident management and monitoring of HP-OMS Hardware in accordance with the Service Levels.
Service Systems has the meaning set out in EXHIBIT B.

  • Discovery Service Systems are defined as user interface and search systems for discovering and displaying content from local, database and web-based sources.

  • Suweco shall make reasonable effort to make the Materials available through NTK’s and/or Participating Institutions’ Discovery Service System(s) for indexing and discovery purposes.

  • The Service Provider shall (at no additional cost to TfL) comply with Schedule 4 (Testing Regime) in relation to the testing of the Services and the Service Systems.

  • In order to support accurate charging and system auditing the Service Systems will need to maintain time synchronisation with each other.


More Definitions of Service Systems

Service Systems means all of the applications, servers, routers and Network components identified by the Technical Solution, that are used by the Contractor or a subcontractor acting on behalf of the Contractor to provide the Services;
Service Systems means all Conducting Media within the Estate or the Building which serve both the Demised Premises and other Lettable Areas in the Building and/or Lettable Areas in the Estate
Service Systems means any Servicer or third party systems or applications, alone or used with Servicer Devices, that process, store, or transmit Cellco Confidential Information or to perform services under the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
Service Systems means all or any part of any Systems, Services Databases, Services Materials, Services Website, Service Systems Interfaces, Hardware or Service Systems Software which are used by or on behalf of the Service Provider in connection with the Schemes and/or the Services including without limitation the Business Operations Systems, the Core IT Systems and the Enforcement Operations Systems;
Service Systems means all or any part of any Systems, Services Databases, Services Materials, Service Systems Interfaces, Hardware or Service Systems Software which are used by or on behalf of the Service Provider in connection with the Scheme and/or the Services, including, for the avoidance of doubt, all elements of the Operational IT Systems, Finance Systems, and MIS;"Service System(s) Element"means an element of the Service System(s);"Service System Software"means Software used in the Service System;"Service Systems Interfaces"has the meaning given to it in Clause 20.1 (Interfaces);"Service Systems Interface Specification" means an Interface Specification for a Service Systems Interface;"Service Transfer Plan"has the meaning given to it in paragraph 4.1 of Schedule 16 (Exit Plan); "Session Record"means the record of each camera (identified by its Camera ID) session which shall include the session start and end time and relevant frame counter number, and such Session Record shall be identifiable by the unique session ID reference number attributed to that camera session;"Severity 1 Testing Incident"means a Severity 1 Incident which relates to Testing; "Severity 1"means:(A) in relation to a Security Incident, a Security Incident which results in, or is likely to result in:(1) a critical element of the Service being prevented from functioning or being performed; or(2) a damaging impact on the integrity of the Scheme, TfL's public reputation or another Service Provider, which is unacceptable to TfL; or(B) in relation to an Operational Incident, an Operational Incident which results in, or is likely to result in:(1) a critical element of the Service being prevented from functioning or being performed; or(2) a damaging impact on the public or on TfL or on an Other Service Provider, which is unacceptable to TfL; or(C) in relation to a Testing Incident, a Testing Incident which:(1) had it been analogously observed during the provision of the Services would result, or be likely to result in, in a Severity 1 Security Incident or a Severity 1 Operational Incident; or(2) results from a failure of the Development that if not rectified could result, or be likely to result in, in a Severity 1 Security Incident or a Severity 1 Operational Incident;"Severity 2 Testing Incident"means a Severity 2 Incident which relates to Testing;

  • Service/s has the meaning set forth in letter D. of the Preamble.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Service Session means a sequence of support activities and tasks carried out remotely to collect further information by interview or by analysis of a Production System resulting in a list of recommendations. A Service Session could run manually, as a self-service or fully automated.
