Service Provider Party definition

Service Provider Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

• The Service Provider shall indemnify each County Party, and save each of them fully harmless from and against any loss, cost, damage, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any of them arising as a result of or in connection with any breach by any Service Provider Party of any provision of this Agreement.

• Where a site abuts a laneway less than 6 meters wide, building setback provisions are to be determined after allowing for any future laneway widening requirement from the lot, assuming equal widening on both sides of the laneway where appropriate (refer to Figure 1).

• The Service Provider shall, and shall procure that any relevant Service Provider Party shall be required to transfer the benefit of any warranties which exist in relation to any of the Assets and/or the assets which are to be transferred to the Authority or to offer appropriate warranties itself in relation to such Assets and/or assets.
