Service Personal Data definition

Service Personal Data means the personal data supplied by the Customer to the Supplier in the course of the use of the G-Cloud Services for purposes of or in connection with this Call-Off Agreement “Personal Data” shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998;
Service Personal Data means any Personal Data that Customer or Customer’s end users process through the Cloud Services.

  • The frequency of the transfer (e.g. whether the data is transferred on a one-off or continuous basis) Subject to Customer’s use of the Service, Personal Data will be transferred on a continuous basis during the term of the Agreement.

  • Special categories of Personal Data: Subject to the restrictions set out in the Service Agreement, Customer may submit to the Service Personal Data which may consist of “special categories of personal data” (as this term is interpreted under the GDPR) provided that Customer complies with the applicable terms of the Data Protection Legislation governing such data.

  • This requirement shall not apply to the extent that Arista is required by any applicable law to retain some or all of the Service Personal Data, in which event Arista shall isolate and protect the Service Personal Data from any further processing except to the extent required by such law.


More Definitions of Service Personal Data

Service Personal Data means the personal data supplied by the Customer to the Supplier in the course of the use of the G-Cloud Services for purposes of or in connection with this Call-Off Agreement. “Personal Data” shall have the same meaning as set out in the Data Protection Act 1998; Sub-Contract means any contract or agreement or proposed agreement between the Supplier and the Sub-Contractor in which Sub-Contractor agrees to provide to the Supplier the G-Cloud Services or any part thereof or facilities or goods and services necessary for the provision of the G-Cloud Services or any part thereof; Sub-Contractor means any third party engaged by the Supplier from time to time under a Sub-Contract (permitted pursuant to the Framework Agreement and the Call-Off Agreement) and its servants or agents in connection with the provision of G-Cloud Services from time to time; Subsidiary has the meaning given to it in section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006; Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information (whether or not it is marked as "confidential");

Related to Service Personal Data

  • Accenture Personal Data means personal data owned, licensed, or otherwise controlled or processed by Accenture including personal data processed by Accenture on behalf of its clients. “Accenture Data” means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.

  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.
