Service Credits definition

Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.
Service Credits means any service credits specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring) being payable by the Supplier to the Customer in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;
Service Credits means the sums referred to in paragraph 5.3 of the Order Form as being payable by the Supplier in respect of any failure by the Supplier to meet one or more Service Levels;

More Definitions of Service Credits

Service Credits means the service credits specified in Schedule 2-2 which shall be payable to the CUSTOMER by the CONTRACTOR in the event that the Service Levels are not met in respect of Ordered IT Products.
