Series F Preferred Units definition

Series F Preferred Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 22.1.

Series F Preferred Units means the Partnership's 7.95% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Partnership Units.

Series F Preferred Units means the series of preferred units of the Partnership designated as Series F Cumulative Preferred Units having such designations, preferences and other rights described in Schedule D.

Examples of Series F Preferred Units in a sentence

• No sinking fund shall be established for the retirement or redemption of Series F Preferred Units.

• If any date on which distributions are to be made on the Series F Preferred Units is not a Business Day, then payment of the distribution to be made on such date will be made on the next succeeding day that is a Business Day (and without any interest or other payment in respect of any such delay) except that, if such Business Day is in the next succeeding calendar year, such payment shall be made on the immediately preceding Business Day, in each case with the same force and effect as if made on such date.

• Holders of Series F Preferred Units shall not be entitled to any distributions, whether payable in cash, other property or otherwise, in excess of the full cumulative distributions described herein.

• Accrued but unpaid distributions on the Series F Preferred Units will accumulate as of the Series F Preferred Unit Distribution Payment Date on which they first become payable.

• If fewer than all of the outstanding Series F Preferred Units are to be redeemed, the Series F Preferred Units to be redeemed shall be selected pro rata (as nearly as practicable without creating fractional units).

More Definitions of Series F Preferred Units

Series F Preferred Units means the Partnership Interest in the Partnership issued pursuant to Section 4.2 and Section 4.10 hereof representing 8.75% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Units. The term "Series F Preferred Unit" does not include or refer to any Original Limited Partnership Units, Additional Units or Class B Units.

Series F Preferred Units means the units of limited partnership interest designated by the Partnership as of October 13, 2000, in connection with the designation of the Series C Preferred Stock by the Company.

Series F Preferred Units means the Series F Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Partnership Units.

Series F Preferred Units means the Company’s 6.450% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Partnership Units, with the rights, priorities and preferences set forth herein.

Series F Preferred Units means the series of Partnership Units established pursuant to the Seventh Amendment to this Agreement, representing units of Limited Partnership Interest designated as the Series F Preferred Units, with the preferences, rights, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to distributions, qualifications and terms and conditions of redemption of units as described herein.

Series F Preferred Units means the Series F Convertible Preferred Units of the Partnership.

Series F Preferred Units has the meaning given such term in Section 5.18(a).
