Senior Managing Director. “Managing Director,” “Director” or “Principal.” (b) Unless the Board decides otherwise, if the title is one commonly used for officers of a corporation formed under the Delaware General Corporation Law, the assignment of such title shall constitute the delegation to such person of the authorities and duties that are normally associated with that office. The Officers of the Company as of the date of this Agreement shall be as set forth on Schedule B attached hereto and the Limited Officers shall be as set forth on Schedule C attached hereto.
