Seismic Data definition

Seismic Data means all geological or geophysical or other seismic or related technical data, information, records or interpretations relating to the Company Assets.

Seismic Data means, with respect to each separate and distinct seismic operation on the Prospect Areas, the final gained and ungained migrated three dimensional survey (or two dimensional) stack data obtained in connection with the Exploration Program.
