Notwithstanding the forgoing, in the event that it is necessary for Seller to schedule and deliver Generating Facility Test Energy to PGE in order to complete Start-Up Testing for the Generating Facility, Seller shall be entitled to do so pursuant to the Scheduling Procedure set forth in Section 3.9.2 (to the extent applicable).
