Tour of Duty means the period of time, not exceeding the basic hours of work per day, which an employee is scheduled to work on any day, and of which she has been advised in advance.
Unscheduled Rebalance means an unscheduled rebalance occurring on a Valuation Date on which the rebalancing mechanism built in the relevant Index or Investment Strategy in respect of a Series of ETP Securities has been triggered by a change in the price of the corresponding Reference Asset of such Index or Investment Strategy by more than the relevant trigger level for the Index or Investment Strategy in accordance with its methodology.
Scheduled Termination Date means the date that is 364 days from (and including) the Effective Date, or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.03.
Scheduled Dissolution Date means, in respect of each Series, the date specified as such in the applicable Final Terms;

Regular Season means, with respect to any Season, the period beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of regularly scheduled (as opposed to exhibition or playoff) competition between NBA Teams.
Scheduled Black-Out Period means the period from and including the last day of a fiscal quarter of the Company to and including the business day after the day on which the Company publicly releases its earnings for such fiscal quarter.
NORMAL HOURS/TIMINGS OF DUTY means the duty hours, which may be stipulated or instructed by the Company's Engineer.

Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.
extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;
Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Lender shall have been made).
Scheduled Distribution means the distribution set forth in Section 4.1.
Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (i) as to the REVOLVING NOTES, November 1, 2012, as to the TERM NOTES, October 31, 2016, (ii) the date the OBLIGATIONS are accelerated pursuant to this AGREEMENT, and (iii) the date ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT has received (a) notice in writing from BORROWER of BORROWER’s election to terminate this AGREEMENT and (b) indefeasible payment in full of the OBLIGATIONS.
Scheduled Redetermination Date means the date on which a Borrowing Base that has been redetermined pursuant to a Scheduled Redetermination becomes effective as provided in Section 2.07(d).
Line of duty means any action the deceased or disabled person was obligated or authorized to
Scheduled Outage has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;
Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.
Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means, unless otherwise extended pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.14, the Payment Date occurring in May 2024.
