San Xxxxxx Agreement definition

San Xxxxxx Agreement means the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, dated as of February 7, 2003, among Holdings and Palo Alto Medical Foundation and amendments thereto for the sale of the San Xxxxxx Facility or any other similar agreement as amended, supplemented or replaced; provided that any replacement agreement shall be substantially the same terms as the replaced agreement.
