Sales Draft definition

Sales Draft means the paper form, whether electronically or manually imprinted, evidencing a sale Transaction.
Sales Draft means evidence of a purchase of goods or services by Cardholder from Merchant using a Card, regardless of whether the form of such evidence is in paper, electronic or otherwise, all of which must conform to Card Brand Rules.
Sales Draft means the relevant payment slips, forms or papers supplied by the Bank or any member institution of Visa International or MasterCard International to the Authorised Merchant for the purpose of recording, confirming and evidencing purchases of goods and/or services incurred by the Cardholder through the use of VISA/MASTERCARD CARD;

More Definitions of Sales Draft

Sales Draft means the paper form, approved in advance by Bank, whether such form is electronically or manually imprinted, evidencing a sale Transaction. “Transaction” means any sale of goods and services, or credit for such, from a Merchant for which Bank makes payment through the use of any Card and which is presented to Bank for collection.
