Rural Health Center definition

Rural Health Center means a clinic or primary health center in a designated rural area that provides rural health services pursuant to the federal Rural Health Clinic Services Act of 1977 (Public Law 95-210,
Rural Health Center. (RHC) means a Provider defined at 10 C.C.R. 2505-10, Section 8.740.1.
Rural Health Center has the same meaning as “rural health clinic” which is defined under Section 1905(l)(1) of the Social Security Act.

Rural Health Center means a health facility in Balochistan, in charge of providing primary health care services; and “Rural Health Centers” means more than one such Rural Health Center.

  • Home health aide means an individual employed by a home health agency to provide home health services under the direction of a registered nurse or therapist.

  • Home health services means part-time or intermittent skilled nursing services, other therapeutic services (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy), and home health aide services made available on a visiting basis in a place of residence used as the client's home.
