Revolving Interest Rate definition

Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Revolving Interest Rate means (a) with respect to Revolving Advances that are Domestic Rate Loans and Swing Loans, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin plus the Alternate Base Rate and (b) with respect to Revolving Advances that are Term SOFR Rate Loans, the sum of the Applicable Margin plus the Term SOFR Rate.
Revolving Interest Rate means, (a) with respect to Domestic Rate Loans, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of the Applicable Margin for Domestic Rate Loans plus the Alternate Base Rate and (b) with respect to LIBOR Rate Loans, the sum of the Applicable Margin for LIBOR Rate Loans plus the LIBOR Rate.

Examples of Revolving Interest Rate in a sentence

  • Except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, any Obligations other than the Advances that are not paid when due shall accrue interest at the Revolving Interest Rate for Domestic Rate Loans, subject to the provision of the final sentence of this Section 3.1 regarding the Default Rate.

  • Interest charges shall be computed on the actual principal amount of Advances outstanding during the month at a rate per annum equal to (i) with respect to Revolving Advances, the applicable Revolving Interest Rate and (ii) with respect to Swing Loans, the Revolving Interest Rate for Domestic Rate Loans (as applicable, the “Contract Rate”).

  • All disbursements or payments related to Letters of Credit shall be deemed to be Domestic Rate Loans consisting of Revolving Advances and shall bear interest at the Revolving Interest Rate for Domestic Rate Loans.


More Definitions of Revolving Interest Rate

Revolving Interest Rate has the meaning set forth in the Schedule.
