Revised Repayments definition

Revised Repayments means the amounts set out in the fifth column of the table in Schedule 10, as reduced to reflect any prepayments applied towards the Revised Repayments;

Examples of Revised Repayments in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise repaid in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, on each of the Repayment Dates the Loan shall be repaid by the relevant amount set out in the fifth column (Revised Repayments) of the table in Schedule 10.

  • Subject to the rest of this Clause 4.10 and subject to Clause 4.8, voluntary prepayments of the Loan shall be applied to reduce the Revised Repayments, pro rata between the Delayed Principal Amount and the Ordinary Principal Amount comprising each such Revised Repayment.

  • Scheduled Repayment shall have the meaning provided in Section 4.02(a).

  • Extended Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Loan Repayments means the sum of (i) Trust Bond Loan Repayments, (ii) the Administrative Fee, and (iii) any late charges incurred hereunder.

  • Loan repayment means the cancellation and repayment of loans

  • Prepayments means any moneys which shall be paid to the Issuer prior to the time such amounts become due. Prepayments shall not include any interest paid on such moneys.

  • Anticipated Repayment Date With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the date specified in the related Mortgage Note, as of which Post-ARD Additional Interest shall begin to accrue on such Mortgage Loan, which date is prior to the Stated Maturity Date for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Loan Repayment Date means the date a Loan is scheduled to be repaid, as confirmed pursuant to Clause 5.3(c) of this Agreement, which shall in no event be later than the Facility Repayment Date.

  • Term Loan Repayment Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.

  • Prepayment Premiums Any prepayment fees and penalties to be paid by the Mortgagor on a Mortgage Loan.

  • Mandatory Prepayments means the prepayments of the Loans required by Section 3.5 hereof.

  • Extended Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Waivable Mandatory Prepayment as defined in Section 2.15(c).

  • Initial Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(b).

  • Mandatory Prepayment Amount for any Debentures shall equal the sum of (i) the greater of: (A) 130% of the principal amount of Debentures to be prepaid, plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, or (B) the principal amount of Debentures to be prepaid, plus all other accrued and unpaid interest hereon, divided by the Conversion Price on (x) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is demanded or otherwise due or (y) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is paid in full, whichever is less, multiplied by the VWAP on (x) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is demanded or otherwise due or (y) the date the Mandatory Prepayment Amount is paid in full, whichever is greater, and (ii) all other amounts, costs, expenses and liquidated damages due in respect of such Debentures.

  • Prepayment Penalty With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the amount of any premium or penalty required to be paid by the Mortgagor if the Mortgagor prepays such Mortgage Loan as provided in the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage.

  • Final Repayment Date means the date falling on the earlier of (i) the date falling on the sixth anniversary of the Drawdown Date and (ii) 30 November 2023.

  • Mandatory Prepayment Date as defined in Section 2.12(e).

  • New Term Loan Repayment Amount shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Mandatory Prepayment is defined in Section 2.4(a).

  • Default Repayment Date means the settlement date set out by the Bond Trustee in a Default Notice requesting early redemption of the Bonds.

  • Prepayment Penalty Amount With respect to any Remittance Date, all prepayment penalties, penalty or yield maintenance premiums or charges paid by the obligors under the Mortgage Notes due to Principal Prepayments collected by the Servicer during the immediately preceding Prepayment Period.

  • Prepayment means any prepayment, whether in part or in full, in respect of any Receivable.

  • Prepayment Premium Period means the period during which, if a prepayment of principal occurs, a prepayment premium will be payable by Borrower to Lender. The Prepayment Premium Period is the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the first day of the Window Period.

  • Prepayment Charges Any prepayment premium or charge payable by a Mortgagor in connection with any Principal Prepayment on a Mortgage Loan pursuant to the terms of the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage, as applicable.

  • Prepayment Penalty Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Penalty Amount and the term during which such Prepayment Penalty Amount is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.

  • Prepayment Premium means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, any prepayment premium, spread maintenance premium, yield maintenance premium or similar fee required to be paid in connection with a prepayment of the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Mortgage Loan Documents, including any exit fee.
