Retainage Percentage definition

Retainage Percentage means (a)(i) until the Improvements have reached 50% completion, as determined by the Independent Engineer, 10%, and (ii) after the Improvements have reached 50% completion, as determined by the Independent Engineer, 0% or (b) such higher amounts that may be required or permitted to be retained by Borrower under the Construction Contract.
Retainage Percentage. Ten percent (10%) to be reduced to five percent -------------------- (5%) upon substantial completion of the Project, provided (i) substantial completion is achieved within the contract period specified within the General Contact and (ii) the General Contractor has executed a lien waiver for all work through substantial completion.

Retainage Percentage. An amount equal to ten percent (10%). Special Account: Collectively or individually, one or more deposit accounts (other than the Advance Account) that Borrower establishes with Lender pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents, each of which shall be used solely for the purpose or purposes stated in the Loan Documents for the respective account.

  • Allocable Percentage means, on any date of determination thereof, a fraction the denominator of which shall be equal to the number of Borrowers who are parties to this Agreement on such date and the numerator of which shall be 1; provided, however, that such percentages shall be modified in the event that contribution from a Borrower is not possible by reason of insolvency, bankruptcy or otherwise by reducing such Borrower’s Allocable Percentage equitably and by adjusting the Allocable Percentage of the other Borrowers proportionately so that the Allocable Percentages of all Borrowers at all times equals 100%.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.
