Restricted Transfers definition

Restricted Transfers means either (i) a transfer of Personal Data from Pantheon to Vendor; or (ii) an onward transfer of Personal Data from Vendor to a Sub-Processor, or between two establishments of Vendor or of a Sub-Processor; in each case, where such transfer would be prohibited by Data Protection Laws and Regulations in the absence of the Standard Contractual Clauses or other transfer mechanism permitted by applicable Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
Restricted Transfers means transfer(s) of Controller Personal Data that are (a) subject to the European Data Protection Legislation; and (b) not PermiIed Transfers.
