Permanent employees, with ninety (90) days of service, volunteer or are called for active military service shall be paid from the date they leave University employ for all accrued vacation to their credit at that date. The employee, at his/her discretion, may elect not to be paid for vacation leave but to leave it to his credit for use upon returning to the department. The same policies shall be applicable to permanent employees who at any time are subject to the provisions of the Selective Service Act.
