Required Rating definition

Required Rating means, in the case of Moody's, the rating assigned to the Underlying Securities by Moody's as of the Closing Date, and, in the case of S&P, the rating assigned to the Underlying Securities by S&P as of the Closing Date.
Required Rating means a short-term unsecured debt rating of “A-1+” by S&P Global Ratings and “F1+” by Fitch.
Required Rating means a rating on (i) short-term unsecured debt obligations of P-1 by Moody's and (ii) short-term unsecured debt obligations of A-1+ by Standard & Poor's; and any requirement that short-term unsecured debt obligations have the "Required Rating" shall mean that such short-term unsecured debt obligations have the foregoing required ratings from each of such Rating Agencies.

More Definitions of Required Rating

Required Rating means, with respect to any entity, that such entity (or the parent of such entity) meets at all times the ratings criteria acceptable to each Rating Agency rating the Notes, so as to preclude a downgrade of the Notes and/or credit watch of the Notes with negative implications.
Required Rating means a rating on commercial paper or other short term unsecured debt obligations of F1 or A by Fitch so long as Fitch is a Rating Agency and A-1+ by S&P Global Ratings so long as S&P Global Ratings is a Rating Agency; and any requirement that deposits or debt obligations have the “Required Rating” shall mean that such deposits or debt obligations have the foregoing required ratings from Fitch and S&P Global Ratings.
