Renewable Energy Standard definition

Renewable Energy Standard means the minimum renewable energy capacity portfolio, if applicable, and the renewable energy credit portfolio required to be achieved under section 28 or former section 27.
Renewable Energy Standard means the requirements established pursuant to R.I.G.L. § 39-26-1 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder that requires all retail electricity sellers in Rhode Island (except Block Island Power Company and Pascoag Utility District) to provide a minimum percentage of electricity from eligible renewable energy resources, and such successor laws and regulations as may be in effect from time to time.
Renewable Energy Standard or “RES” means the Renewable Energy Standard adopted by the State in the CES Order.
