RESOURCE ADJUSTMENTBills are subject to the adjustments provided for in the Conservation Improvement Program Adjustment Rider, the State Energy Policy Rate Rider, the Renewable Development Fund Rider, the Transmission Cost Recovery Rider, the Renewable Energy Standard Rider and the Mercury Cost Recovery Rider.
Prior to receiving compensation pursuant to Section 8 of this Tariff, an Applicant, at its own cost, must obtain Commission certification of a DG Project as an Eligible Renewable Energy Resource pursuant to the Commission’s Rules and Regulations Governing the Implementation of a Renewable Energy Standard.
The renewable mix provided under this agreement must be at least 50% greater than the applicable Renewable Energy Standard (RES) obligation for the current year.
