Remote Support definition

Remote Support means the provision of supports by staff of an agency provider at a remote location who are engaged with an individual through equipment with the capability for live two-way communication. Equipment used to meet this requirement shall include one or more of the following components:
Remote Support means any support given to you by us that is not given on site. “On Site Support” means the provision of support services by IT-C at the customer site(s) as specified in the support schedule.
Remote Support means remote support services regarding the Software (e.g. telephone support) that HW or HW partner provides in consideration of Periodical Support Fee.

Examples of Remote Support in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any damages that Customer or its Affiliate might incur for any reason (including all damages in contract, tort, or to any third- party), CCL eAgile’s entire liability under this Agreement is limited to Customer’s or its Affiliate’s actual, direct damages up to the amount that Customer or its Affiliate paid for the Remote Support resulting in the liability.

  • Customer’s or its Affiliate’s sole remedy and CCL eAgile’s sole liability for breach of this limited warranty is for CCL eAgile’s trained staff to re- perform the Remote Support in a prompt and efficient manner.

  • CCL eAgile does not promise that the Remote Support will succeed in actually correcting any Software Error.

  • But this provision will not be deemed to prevent CCL eAgile from using subcontractors to deliver the Remote Support on the condition that CCL eAgile shall remain liable to Customer, in accordance with this Agreement, for the Remote Support.

  • CCL eAgile warrants that the Remote Support shall be provided in a prompt and efficient manner by trained staff.

Remote Support means the Error Correction efforts expended by CCL eAgile remotely from its headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.
Remote Support service: The costs for the appropriate licenses for the agreed software tool and hardware equipment (both on the part of SISW and the Customer) and connection costs shall be borne by Customer.
Remote Support means support provided over the telephone or via the internet;
Remote Support means (i) support provided through VPN Connectivity Service where the Solution allows it, and/or (ii) telephone support.

Remote Support means remote troubleshooting assistance for common Product support issues, when available and with Purchaser’s consent, in which Infinidat’s authorized customer support personnel connect directly to Purchaser’s system (via secure Internet connection, if needed) to expedite and enhance the troubleshooting process.
