Relevant Professional Body definition

Relevant Professional Body means the body or organisation which regulates or exercises control over your professional or service activities or such activities of any of your personnel and/or any other body to whose rules you have elected to be subject to. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any relevant approved regulator for the purpose of the Legal Services Act 2007;
Relevant Professional Body means the body or organisation responsible for regulating the conduct of the franchisee in connection with the franchisee's provision of the fran- chised services to its clients and being one of the following: (a) the Law Society, (b) the Federation of Independent Advice Centres, (c) the Law Centres Foundation, or (d) the National Association of Citizens' Advice Bureaux.
Relevant Professional Body means the Bar Council or the Law Society. 40
