Releasing Parties hereby represent to the Releasees that they have not assigned or transferred any interest in any Claims against any Releasee prior to the date hereof.
In no event shall any Releasee have any responsibility, financial obligation, or liability whatsoever with respect to the investment, distribution, or administration of the Settlement Fund, including, but not limited to, the costs and expenses of such distribution and administration except as expressly otherwise provided in Paragraphs 28 and 26 of this Agreement.
