Related Collections definition

Related Collections means, in respect of any Series of Notes, all Collections with respect to the Asset Interests the purchase of which was financed by the issuance of such Series of Notes.
Related Collections means (i) all amounts paid or payable by each Fund (or in respect of each Fund which constitutes a Portfolio, by each Company in respect of each related Fund) in respect of receivables relating to such Fund and by each shareholder of each such Fund in respect of Receivables relating to each such Fund (including all CDSCs payable by such shareholders and withheld from redemption proceeds payable to such shareholders by each Fund), (ii) all FOF Collections, and (iii) all Proceeds of the foregoing, excluding, in the case of (i), (ii) and (iii) above, all Collections.
Related Collections means (i) all amounts paid or payable in respect ------------------- of the Portfolio Assets relating to each Fund by the applicable Fund or Company or by each shareholder of such Fund and (ii) all proceeds of the foregoing, excluding, in the case of (i) and (ii) above, all Program Collections.

  • Any funds received by way of Related Collections of amounts payable in respect of Related Asset Interests which have been purchased by the Related Credit Enhancer shall, notwithstanding any other provision hereof, be held in trust separate and apart in a segregated account for the benefit of the Related Credit Enhancer and remitted to the Related Credit Enhancer as it may direct as soon as practicable.

  • Deemed Collections has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01(d).

The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Principal Collections means Collections of Principal Receivables.

  • Excess Collections shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.8(a)(xv) of the Indenture.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Finance Charge Receivables means Receivables created in respect of periodic finance charges, late fees, returned check fees and all other similar fees and charges billed or accrued and unpaid on an Account.
