Regional Center means a facility or program operated directly by the department that provides services and supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Regional Center means a diagnostic, counseling, and service coordination center for developmentally disabled persons and their families which is established and operated pursuant to the Welfare and Institutions Code, Sections 4620 through 4669, by a private nonprofit community agency or corporation acting as a contracting agency.
