Examples of Redemption Price in a sentence
The Company will pay or cause to be paid (or as applicable by increasing the principal amount of the Notes or issuing PIK Notes, or issuing Ordinary Shares) all the principal of, the Fundamental Change Repurchase Price and Redemption Price for, interest on, and other amounts due with respect to, the Notes on the dates and in the manner set forth in this Indenture.
For the avoidance of doubt, Additional Amounts will be added to the Redemption Price if, and to the extent, provided for in Section 3.05.
Without limiting the Company’s obligation to deposit the Redemption Price by the time proscribed by Section 3.01(B), the Company will cause the Redemption Price for a Note (or portion thereof) subject to Redemption to be paid to the Holder thereof on or before the applicable Redemption Date.
Unless the Company defaults in payment of the Redemption Price, on and after the Redemption Date, interest shall cease to accrue on the Securities called for redemption.
The Notes will be redeemable at any time, at the option of the Company, in whole or from time to time in part, upon not less than 15 nor more than 45 days’ prior written notice, on any date prior to the Stated Maturity Date at a Redemption Price, calculated in accordance with the terms of the Indenture, which includes accrued interest thereon, if any, to, but not including, the Redemption Date.
