Redemption Price definition

Redemption Price when used with respect to any Security to be redeemed, means the price at which it is to be redeemed pursuant to this Indenture.
Redemption Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(a) hereof.
Redemption Price means the price per Warrant at which any Warrants are redeemed pursuant to Sections 6.1 or 6.2 and (b) “Reference Value” shall mean the last reported sales price of the Ordinary Shares for any twenty (20) trading days within the thirty (30) trading-day period ending on the third trading day prior to the date on which notice of the redemption is given.

  • The Company will pay or cause to be paid (or as applicable by increasing the principal amount of the Notes or issuing PIK Notes, or issuing Ordinary Shares) all the principal of, the Fundamental Change Repurchase Price and Redemption Price for, interest on, and other amounts due with respect to, the Notes on the dates and in the manner set forth in this Indenture.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Additional Amounts will be added to the Redemption Price if, and to the extent, provided for in Section 3.05.

More Definitions of Redemption Price

Redemption Price means the unpaid principal amount of the Notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon at the applicable interest rate to but excluding the Redemption Date.
