Receivable File means the documents (whether tangible or electronic) specified in Section 2.02 pertaining to a particular Receivable.
Receivable File means, with respect to each Receivable, the following documents or instruments (but only to the extent applicable to such Receivable), which may be held in tangible paper form or electronic form:

The Servicer may appoint one or more agents to act as subcustodians of certain items contained in a Receivable File so long as the Servicer remains primarily responsible for their safekeeping and for its duties and obligations as custodian hereunder.

Receivable File means with respect to each Receivable:
Receivable File. The documents listed in Section 9.01 of the Servicing Agreement pertaining to a particular Receivable.
