Examples of Rebate Fund in a sentence
The Rebate Fund shall be held by the Trustee for the purpose of making payments to the United States of America pursuant to Section 3.03(c) hereof.
This pledge shall constitute a pledge of and charge and first lien upon the Revenues, all other amounts pledged hereunder and all other moneys on deposit in the funds and accounts established hereunder (excluding amounts on deposit in the Rebate Fund created pursuant to Section 6.03) for the payment of the interest on and principal of the Bonds in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Income from deposits or investments of moneys held in the Rebate Fund shall be deposited as provided in Section 3.03 hereof and income from deposits or investments of moneys held in any escrow account established pursuant to Section 9.01 hereof shall be deposited as provided in the escrow agreement governing such escrow account.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 5.01, 5.02, 5.05, 9.01 and 10.01 relating to the pledge of Revenues, the allocation of money in the Revenue Fund, the investments of money in any fund or account, the application of funds upon an Event of Default and the defeasance of Outstanding Bonds, all amounts required to be deposited into or on deposit in the Rebate Fund shall be governed exclusively by this Section 6.03 and by the Tax Certificate (which is incorporated herein by reference).
The District has agreed in the Lease that it will pay to the Trustee as Additional Rent all amounts required to be deposited into the Rebate Fund as required above.
