Rate Note definition

Rate Note means a Note on which interest is calculated at a floating rate payable in respect of such period or on such date(s) as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);

Examples of Rate Note in a sentence

  • Each Fixed Rate Note bears interest from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date at the rate(s) per annum equal to the Rate(s) of Interest payable in arrear on the Interest Payment Date(s) in each year and on the Maturity Date if that does not fall on an Interest Payment Date.

  • This Note may be a Fixed Rate Note, a Floating Rate Note, a Zero Coupon Note or a combination of any of the foregoing, depending upon the Interest Basis shown in the applicable Final Terms.

  • Interest Rate Cap means the establishment of an upper limit for a variable interest rate.
