  • Receive final approval and signature of the completed PCSP from those who participated in its planning and development, with mandatory signatures of the person and the case manager.

  • Compliance with local safety regulations and documenting incompliance penalties in contract forms.

  • Housings shall be so constructed that all electrical components are easily accessible and replaceable without removing fixtures from their mountings, or disassembly of adjacent construction.

  • All workers’ compensation Liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from any claim by a Ralcorp Employee or former Ralcorp Employee who is not a Post Employee that results from an accident, incident or event occurring, or from an occupational disease which becomes manifest, on or after the Distribution Date shall be the responsibility of Ralcorp or a member of the Ralcorp Group.

  • Each of Ralcorp and Post shall cause to be performed, and hereby guarantees the performance of, all actions, agreements and obligations set forth in this Agreement to be performed indirectly by such Party or by the Ralcorp Group or the Post Group, respectively.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • DBS Group means any of DBS’s subsidiaries, DBS’s holding company and any subsidiaries of DBS’s holding company;

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • Group the Company and its subsidiaries

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of Spinco immediately following the Contribution.

  • Consolidated Group means the Borrower and all Subsidiaries which are consolidated with it for financial reporting purposes under GAAP.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Tax Group means any federal, state, local or foreign consolidated, affiliated, combined, unitary or other similar group of which the Acquiror Company is now or was formerly a member.

  • Mortgage Group Either of Group One or Group Two.

  • SpinCo Separate Return means any Tax Return of or including any member of the SpinCo Group (including any consolidated, combined, or unitary return) that does not include any member of the Parent Group.

  • Other Founding Companies means all of the Founding Companies other than the Company.
