RAI MDS Tools definition

RAI MDS Tools means the standardized Resident Assessment InstrumentMinimum Data Set (“RAI MDS”) 2.0, the RAI MDS 2.0 User Manual and the RAI MDS Practice Requirements, as the same may be amended from time to time.
