Proof of Disability. The County shall have the right to re­ quire the submission of adequate medical proof of the employee's disability due to accident or illness. Should there be an extended period of disability, the County shall have the right to require periodic medical proof of the employee's disability. Injury or Illness on Job: If any employee appears to be in­ jured or ill while on the job, or there is reason to believe that an employee needs medical attention, his supervisor shall have the right to require the employee to furnish a statement from a licensed physician before returning to work that the employee is capable of performing the work required by his job.
