Payment shall be made in accordance with Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code, commonly known as the Texas Prompt Payment Act.
The Owner shall then pay the Contractor pursuant to Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code (“Texas Prompt Payment Act”), as set forth in Article 11.1 of this Agreement, the total amount of the approved statement less all previous payments and all further sums that may by retained by the Owner under the terms of this Agreement or under the law.
